In the book "The Millionaire Mind by Thomas J. Stanley, Ph.D." I need help on one of the chapters.?

Could someone thoroughly explain to me what chapter three is saying. I have read this chapter more than two times. (chapter three is called "School Days") I would really appreciate the help.
