1. I don't know...but let me tell you a technique I have used many times.

When I can't find or afford (the books I am talking about are usually rare online or some obscure things) a translation version of a book I am interested in, I find a native speaker of the original language, especially a student, who speaks my language, and I pay them to translate it for me.

It is usually not that expensive and I gain so much knowledge this way. It is worth it, even with popular novels from other countries.

2. WorldCat (the database used by librarians to verify the existence of items and who holds them) does not show a French language version of the book, but there is a web version which has a link for Canadian Adobe Reader. So far there only appear to be English, Chinese, and Japanese versions.

When I clicked on it (from the USA) I only got an English version, but if there is a Canadian version there will certainly be a French version soon.
