1. i have read the book then went to one of the seminars in dallas and T. Harv Eker has other people under him do the seminars..

What you've written ("Intensive", seminar, "Peak Potentials") smacks of a cult front group. I'll probably have a look a little later, but I've gotta tell you, it'll be with a huge grain of salt.
Could be legit, also.
Hate to trash people I don't know about. I really do. But cults are a pet peeve/favorite candidate for bashing mercilessly.
