What is the best mindset on losing weight?
Are there any inspirational stories of people losing 20 pounds? What was your mindset? What were you thinking as the months drug on? Did you love to eat too?

1. I dropped 30 pounds because I was tired of seeing myself in the mirror. So I decided to become a Professional Trainer and prove a point that, anybody can lose weight if they are motivated enough and if they LOVE themself enough. I still love to eat but i control myself and I eat anything I want without overdoing it.
