Life Changing Mindset

Do you make positive or negative thinking? And do you think it has to do with gendre ?

I think that mostly women are thinking positive usually, instead of men always think the bad side. Of course this might be wrong because I take this opinion from my own family. Is it like that the rest of the world, or it has nothing to do with gender?

3. I can be a very negative thinker--cautious is really more the word for it. I try to appear positive.
