Law of Attraction-Do you have any tips for changing negative thinking into positive thinking?

I have a hard time with positive thinking. I often am filled with self judgment and self doubt. I often tell sick jokes and always think of the worst possible outcome. Do you have any tips for changing thought patterns?

This place is a breeding ground for negativity!

2. Being aware of them is a good start. Acknowledge that you may have thought they served you in the past. Maybe by setting up a line of defense or keeping undesirable people away. But everything you do to another, you do to yourself. We are here to love everyone.

3. Every journey starts with a single step.

One step at a time and purpose yourself to think positively and create a habit of it. In time it will be second nature.

4. I had the same problem too.

It takes years to develop a positive mind sets.Most important, positive thinking must become a habit.There are ways to made positive thinking a habit:

1.keep on reading book that will inspire you

2.surround yourself with positive friends.

3.Before you sleep, think of positive things about yourself.

4.Be thankful for every little thing in life.even if it is a meal.

5.Watch movie or drama that spread positive message.

6.have a sense of humor.
