Is it true that once Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is complete, it's hard to maintain your new mindset?
I am planning on trying C.B.T. I've heard good things. But, 1 con that stood out to me is the possibility you can return to the mindset you worked hard to change. So is it true that once C.B.T. is complete, it's hard to maintain your new mindset? Thanks in advance.

1. No. It depends on the mental condition or mental stability. Even if per chance, our mind is weak now, there are several methods, systems and procedures to increase our mental potential, capacity and ability.
