So republicans wouldnt dare tax their millionaires but dont mind raising taxes on the working class?
They blocked every single provision to let the bush tax cuts expire but are willing to let the payroll tax expire on the american people. They are hold our taxcut hostage to negotiate a damn oil pipeline? middle class righties..how could u allow this?

1. The payroll tax is what funds social security. If we continue to let the pay roll tax be cut, then how are we gonna make up for the lack of funds to Social Security? This is the question that Republicans have been asking the Democrats, and the Democrats don't have a solution other than "tax the rich"
That "damn oil pipeline" will provide countless jobs in the private sector. Why don't democrats want jobs created?
2. they are all hat and no cattle........
3. You wanted jobs. There they are. Everything you wanted is in there. No excuses
4. Yep working class need a tax increase only rich people like me deserve a tax cut
5. If the Bush tax cuts expire, EVERYONES taxes go up. The low income go pback to paying taxes and the middle class get a huge tax hike,
Payroll tax cut is a cut to the Social Security contribution out of everyones check. Not really anything to do with income tax, but definitely not good for the solvency of Social Security.
And the Oil pipeline will create over 10,000 jobs in the US, plus tertiary jobs from those. Obama isn't against it, he just wants it delayed until after the elction which is a coward, not a leader.
Sounds to me like the Republicans are fighting for jobs and the middle class,
And the middle class is against Obama being re-elected by over 60%.
6. Do you honestly have this wrong in your head, or are you making sh!t up to satisfy your argument? Because it's one or the other and neither one bodes well for you.
7. If you think taxing the rich is going to take care of are defcit then your clueless. We need a flat tax rate so eveyone pays the same percentage rate on there income, right now half of americans don't pay tax's because they don't make enough to be consider, and another 25% use loop holes to pay much less then they should, this is our problem.
now on to the payroll tax this is suppose to go to SSI a program that is going to run into problems in a few years on it's own, we don't need to start draining money from it now for a short term gain.
8. You are correct.
9. Here's something the people you have trusted for your information didn't tell you, the Bush Tax cuts also include middle-class cuts which Republicans also pushed to extend right along with the high-end tax cuts. As for the "damn" Keystone XL pipeline. it will create 20,000 private sector jobs, the payroll tax cut holiday will not. The pipeline will also increase oil imports from a reliable, friendly neighbor. Republicans are for lowering taxes, but not doing it to curry political favor by making others pay for it.
Not only that, the payroll tax pays for Social Security. The proposed surtax on the rich to pay for it would NOT replace the Social Security trust fund revenue lost from the payroll tax. The revenue from the surtax would go directly into the general fund. Obama would be trashing Social Security (even worse than it already happening) for political gains.
The only reason why Obama has been cold on the pipeline is to curry favor with his environmentalist base, saying he will "study" it further and make a "decision" in 2013 (after the election). In other words politics over actual job creation.
