What are some tips to permenant positive thinking?
I've been thinking negative thoughts for so long that I need to start thinking positive again.
Any tips?

1. Try to get yourself busy, hang out with friends, start a new sport, play some games.. or whatever you like to do. Being busy will most likely take your mind of any negative thoughts. Also try to be arround lively and cheerful people/ environments. Don't worry too much about negative stuff, always look on the positive side of things; rather than negative.
