The Law Of Attraction Question?

Lately I have been studying the Law Of Attraction quite a lot. I do not have any doubts. However, you can manifest anything, and I have been receiving mixed answers lately.
I want to go to a certain high school and I just took a test for it that I think I did fine on. Sometimes I doubt myself. I want to use the Law of Attraction to work for me, but I want to make sure I apply it correctly.
Let's say I wanted a pair of shoes. I would visualize it and then the opportunity to get the pair of shoes would arrive to me. Let's say I was watching a commercial that advertised the pair of shoes and the first 5 callers got it for free. You would have to take actions to get the shoes by calling the number the commercial gave.
Now I took the test for the high school already, so do I just visualize my acceptance? Because there are no other things I could possibly do.
Since the Law Of Attraction works for anything, I know it can work for me. So what should I make sure to do so my goal comes true?

Actually the law of attraction is this (reverse psychology) Convince yourself that you will not get into the school that way you will overcome saddness quicker and start thinking about diff schools. So you get the letter and you got accepted great news !!! You will be excited and surprised However if you dont get the accepted then you already knew that you wouldnt and wouldnt waste time crying about it would you ? man i am a genius

1. It has to be possible.
2. You have to know how to get it.
3. You have to be able to use it when you get it.
4. There is always a price and the price must be paid.
5. Go get it!

In your example part of the price is passing a test and obtaining someone's approval. That might mean it is unpredictable. If it's just a matter of passing the test then your spiritual tricks only apply to preparation for the test, not acceptance after the test.
