How to increase positive thinking and improve the attitude?
I have positive thinking and attitude but i am sometimes unable to stop the non sense negative thought.

1. thats depend on u... if u think u can... so u can.... u mayb can read more motivational books... listening to motivational songs... or the simplest way find someone who will guide you... means your soulmate...
2. its normal to have negative thoughts. just be happy for the small in things u have in life.
3. think negative and u will get positive think positive and u will get negative
4. meditate every day by closing eyes and do not allow any thoughts into the mind for 10-20 min. Then just touch your face with your palms. everything to be done in the early morning(4 am - 5.30 am)
5. Don't TRY to stop negative thinking, but pay it no mind and return to an inner awareness, then behave in a positive way. Eventually you will develope a more positive attitude.
6. when you are depressed, confused, or hurt, don't worry,
stand in front of the mirror, and you will find the best person who will solve your problem.
