How do I get out of this unhealthy mindset?
Well, I'm starting to try to be a healthier person. I've tried some times before, and found some problems. One of them is my mindset of if I eat bad (fast food for instance), my whole healthy part of my day is ruined, and I tend to give up for the day. How do I stop doing this, and is part of it true, as long as I don't get it much? Can I still get lean and fit with sometimes indulging?

1. Set goals and right them down where you'll be sure to see them. If you have to, write a note on your hand like, "no sweets" and "exersize" You can induldge, but try and set them on special days like going out with friends or on holidays. But you have to keep the goals and remember that its all for a healthier body.
You can try cutting out unhealthy foods one piece at a time. Like giving up pop one week and then giving up pop and chocolate the next but I think trying to cut it all out at the same time is easiest.
