How do I go about recording affirmations onto a blank CD using the computer. Do I need some specific software?

I have itunes, realplayer and windows media player none of them seen to allow me to record affirmations onto a blank CD. Can I use one of these or do I need different software?

1. With mutimedia players you can burn only multimedia CD's such as a music CD or a vedio CD. To record a Data CD you need a CD burning software for example " Ahead Nero"

2. You need to make an MP3 of your affirmations first. Then save them to a CD.
