Affirmations;?
Where to start? How to begin to write? This is new to me. Can someone give me some guidance or maybe a website? There's some many out there.. Thanks

1. Louise L Hay has a book on affirmations.
It's easy. Just find what is bothering you and change it to a postive.
Lets try health.
I only put nourishing things into my body.
My body is healthy.
My body heals itself more and more each day.
I am comfortable in my body.
